Welcome to our brand new family run apartments based in the picturesque town of Chernomoretz Bulgaria. Opened in 2011 all of the apartments offer attractive panoramic sea views overlooking the island of Sveti Ivan, all have Two balconies a separate bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen fitted with microwave and fridge, 24 hour security access, television, Wireless and cabled internet is available, all  are air conditioned and any of the Four beaches in Chernomoretz are only a short walk away. Our rates are very attractive and we can offer airport pickup from Bourgas airport around 23 kilometres away.

Location and Luxury

The Town of Chernomoretz offers an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. It is located 20 kilometres south of burgas and 7 Kilometres to the North of Sozopol. its amenities include a night market, many restaurants and bars, a variety of Four beaches that offer privacy and surfing, children's entertainments and rides. Buses leave on Tours daily from the station in the town centre or alternatively you can hire a car to explore the local area, shopping in Burgas and the wildlife. It is a very picturesque Town with many gardens fantastic sea views and a friendly atmosphere.
